Hello, my name is James Kaiser. I grew up on the west side of Cincinnati. I am the father of four grown children and countless grand children. I reside in Liberty Township, Ohio.
Early on I earned a degree in Business Management. I worked for a large corporation for 21 years. Having four children myself, I noticed that there was a great need for childcare and education in the community. My desire is to offer the families in Liberty Township a state-of-the-art facility and a caring and educated staff that will work with them to build a solid foundation for our children.
Hello! My name is Alex Kaiser Sr. and I am the Operations Coordinator for the All About Kids Childcare & Learning Centers Corporate locations. I have been around All About Kids since 2005 when my Dad, Jim opened the first All About Kids location. I have been employed at All About Kids since 2009. I started out as a School Age Teacher and became the Operations Coordinator in 2016.
My wife, Mandy and I married in April of 2012 and reside in Monroe, Ohio. Mandy and I have four amazing children together. Jamie was born in 2009, Alex Jr. was born in 2011, Adalynn was born in 2013 and Rose was born in 2015.

Hi, my name is Tobi Heger and I am the Director of All About Kids Childcare and Learning Center Lakota. I began working with All About Kids in December of 2006. I worked in the School Age classroom at Campus B while on breaks from school. In June 2012, I graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Sciences. I spent the next year full time in the school age classroom until I was given the opportunity to become the Director of All About Kids Childcare and Learning Center Anderson. After 6 wonderful years in Anderson, I was able to transfer back to this location.
When I am not working, I enjoy watching Ohio State football with my daughters and husband (Go Bucks!) and spending time with family and friends.

Hello, my name is Abby Plank. I am the Assistant Director here at All About Kids. I graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrative Studies in 2012. I have been a part of the All About kids team since 2005. I started at All About Kids working with the Preschool class room for six years. I love watching the children grow and have fun. After six years of teaching, I became a Front Desk Administrator at Campus B and then moved on to be the Assistant Director.

I started working at All About Kids in August of 2011. I’ve worked with almost every age group since then, but have spent most of my time with the older children at Campus B.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter and two dogs. We enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling and with family.

Hello! My name is Ashley Corbell and I am the Front Desk Assistant at Campus B. I have been working at AAK since 2005. I started out as a Teacher at Campus A, then moved to our Fairfield locations as the Front Desk Assistant before coming back to our Lakota location.
My husband Mike and I were married in November of 2014 and we have an amazing daughter Aaliyah. During our free time we love to spoil our little girl by taking her to parks, museums and anything to do with being outside. I am a HUGE football fan (GO STEELERS)!

My husband and I met living in Colorado then moved to Texas where we briefly had a small hobby farm. When we were expecting our daughter, Chloe, we moved back to Cincinnati to be near family.

Working with children is so rewarding especially at All About Kids. The teachers I work with are great. Hi, my name is Cindy Skeens and I’m from the Monroe area. I have three children and one grandson. I had worked in childcare for about seven years when I opened a dog grooming business. After six years of making the doggies cute I decided to go back to school. I have an Associates in Criminology and two years left on my Bachelors in Criminal Psychology.
After spending a little over four years at home with my two youngest children I decided to go back to work and since I loved working in daycare that’s what I decided to go back to doing. Hello, my name is Sandy White. I have three grown daughters and five grandchildren. I am retired from Champion International after having worked there 30 years. After I retired I took off just to do nothing then decided to watch children in my home. I did that for about four years. I decided I missed being out in the world so I started working at a daycare in the baby room. I am happy to have the opportunity to work at All About Kids and look forward to nurturing your infant. I think all children are special and so interesting; they bring joy to everything. My husband says if there is a child in a 100 mile radius I will manage to attract them.
In my spare time I love spending all kinds of time with my grandkids. I like to cook, scrapbook, cross-stitch and go boating. We have a summer place at Lake Cumberland where I spend most of my summer weekends with family and friends. We have a boat, jet ski and 4-wheelers, so we stay pretty busy when we’re there. All of my grandkids love going to the lake house.
